Lithoz at RAPID+TCT: Booth 3415  Visitors will have the chance to get a firsthand "touch & feel" experience of new inspiring mid-sized ceramic parts printed on the S320 and S65. The highlights on display at the Lithoz booth are - Separonics™ ceramic membrane filters with bespoke homogenous porosities for lithium extraction by Evove. These filters drastically reduce CO2 emissions by 80% and recycle up to 80% more water, while reaching operational lifespans of up to 20 years.
- 20 individual segments for 15-inch diameter Alumina Gas Distribution (ALD) rings created by Alumina Systems and printed on one single CeraFab S320 build platform. This innovative design has tripled production output, compared to traditionally manufactured rings and increased uptime from one to 9 months.
- 1,400 thin alumina insulating sleeves for laparoscopic tools successfully 3D printed by Bosch Advanced Ceramics on a single CeraFab S65 build platform, achieving tolerances of just ± 30 µm and wall thicknesses of only 90 µm.
